Carols in the Village | Caroler
Ring in the holiday season at The Village Church's annual Christmas carol sing-along on the lawn at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. This is a free, family-friendly event in a festive, communal atmosphere with hot chocolate and cookies provided. Dress warm, bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs, and sing along!

The Light of Hope Returning | Vocalist
In this concert-length “ceremony” of folk carols, composer Shawn Kirchner leads from the piano in a number of his best-loved Christmas settings combined with newly-penned carols on Christmas, Winter Solstice, and New Year’s themes. Together these carols form a dramatic arc that takes the listener on a journey from distant hope through darkness into the rebirth of light and true hope for the future.

Danielle performs as part of the choral ensemble, Sacra/Profana. The celestial bodies have inspired artists, philosophers, and theologians throughout human history. Drawing upon choral repertoire spanning centuries and cultures, this program explores different perspectives on the stars, the night sky, and our place in the universe.
